OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS
All reservations must be confirmed in writing. In some cases, some suppliers may ask for a deposit in order to secure the booking, and as a result, Panorama & Turismo Ltd. will ask the Tour operator/Travel Agency for a deposit.
Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival by bank transfer in the currency stipulated on the invoice. Only copies of bank transfers stamped by the bank will be accepted as proof of payment.
32 days or more: no cancellation charges
31-15 days: 50% cancellation charge
15-7 days: 75% cancellation charge
Groups cancelled after this period: 100% cancellation charge
Individual reservations cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival: 100% cancellation charges.
Partial reduction in numbers after confirmation and within 30 days of arrival: in some cases, hotels, may charge these in full and this will be mentioned in the confirmation you will receive from us. We strongly advise customers to subscribe to travel insurance which will cover such costs.
If any other cancellation conditions and payment terms are applicable to a particular contract these will be notified in writing at the time of the order confirmation. In some cases, (especially for large groups and in busy times) some hotels may extend the cancellation deadline and Panorama & Turismo Ltd. will notify the Tour operator or Travel Agency accordingly upon confirmation.
Panorama & Turismo Ltd. give notice that all arrangements for transport as coaching or car services, and for hotel or apartment accommodation or for any services, are made by us as Service supplier on the express condition that we shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident or irregularity howsoever caused. We strongly recommend that all clients take out travel insurance. Any contract entered into with Panorama & Turismo Ltd. will be subject to the law and jurisdiction of the United Kingdom.
